Anyone looking for a project car???

Plain and simple....I recently lost my job and my 2002 MP5 just spun a bearing. Needs a rebuild or a new engine, but I cannot afford either.
I can do without the transportation and was curious to know if anyone would be interested in taking my car off my hands for any more than what the dealer would offer me?
It's currently at the dealership so I cannot take pics. But as soon as I do that, I'll post it up in the FS section.

Right now I just wanted to get a feel for whether anyone would be interested in this sorta thing.

I'm currently loading pics on photobucket.
I was thinking about $1,500 obo given the condition on the car.
Clean body. No real accidents (Girl hit my car while on her bike at the beach, and some girl bumped me in the parking lot at school, both bumps on the same driver front side. Most of it got cleaned up at the body shop though).
It has served me very well, but I'm really in a rut and could use some income.
Car is pretty stock. Only mods are a shorty antenna, kartboy short shifter with the urethane bushings or whatever they're called, weapon r sri and an aluminum brushed grille.

Any rust? I am seriously debating a trip now. Only three weeks till summer break. Do you have a title and is it clean? I would be happy to double the money the dealership offered but if thats too low let me know. Going to look into airfare and truck rental. What airport would I be going to?

Actually I may know someone with a Ford superduty I can borrow then just rent a dolly.
