UPDATE:

Ok, i just spoke with the captain, who isnt his commander, but rather in charge of personnel actions.

He said that he spoke with ricky today after hearing my complaint (he called him into his office or something after speaking with me and one of the NCOs i talked to) and Ricky seemed startled or whatever that i took the time to call his unit.

Anyhow, he trusted my judgement as an NCO and basically ricky told him that he just hasnt had enough time, which the captain didnt believe him, but told him he needs to get on it and basically in a gist, quit ******* around.

so after speaking with the commander i am satisfied that his unit cares enough to take the time to confront him about it, and told me that i should give him another week, and to then call him on his office line (that he gave me) if i havent heard anything positive (so i need bones to keep me well informed so i dont call him and have problems saying one thing but another is happening).

if he doesnt take care of the problem within a week, he is going to notify his supervisor and commander.

i talked to ricky and i am going to meet his gf at his house to pick them up and then i am going to take a pic to show u that i have them and then i will ship them out for bones!
ricky is getting shipped out for a while so i am going to do this for him and for those who say that i am helping him take people's money can (fu)!
