k, I'm all for being busy (I get really busy with work too) but this seems rediculous... 2 months to take an hour out of your day to drop off a set of seats at the UPS store? it doesn't matter if he's a nice guy or not, he's not owning up to responsibility. I mean if you got busy and didn't take the 10 minutes to Paypal him 2 months ago he wouldn't have waited for you and you would have no claim as to ask him to wait. its not as though he's sewing the damn seats together he's just gotta take an hour out of his day to get it to the damn UPS Store...
maybe I'm being a bit reactionary on this but its not unreasonable to pay someone $500+ an expect them to fufill their obligations within a month (which is incidentally why Paypal sets the limit at 30 days for disputes/refunds)... maybe Spicy could just send you his stuff as collateral

I completely agree. 2 months is absurd!! Even if he were to Paypal you your money back, it'll only take like 2 minutes of his day. Don't feel the need to apologize for wondering what the hell is taking so long. You have every right to question him.
if anyone here lives by him -- maybe they can take the seats to the UPS store for him ---
BTW i paid for shipping but he said he would pay for the packaging -- maybe he dont have the money at this time ---
i all so sent him an e-mail and told him i would drive the 16hrs if need be and come down to get them myself --- but he would have to give me back what i paid for shipping ----
if thats not going out of my way to make this happen -- then i dont know what is -- that would be about a 32hrs round trip drive (bang)

all i have is my PayPal receipt -- his e-mail -- his cell # -- and he lives in Anaheim, CA
as of now -- i hope someone that has or can get his address can give it to me that way if i have to go out of my way to drive down there i will ---

i would give 1FAST today to see what the deal is, and if you dont have something by today, or at least a phone call, or whatever makes you feel comfortable, file a paypal claim on his ass.
the ONLY time you can get a good paypal claim is if you never received the goods. but it might be too late to file one, i dunno, someone may know more about that than me.
hopefully you paid with some sort of card through paypal and you can file a claim with them.

true, but keep in mind were talking about simply taking stuff to a place to have them shipped. and he has the money, at this point, he shoudl just have refunded the money and resold them once he was done being busy with his life. 2 months, you can almost garuntee the money has been spent, so he obviously had time to spend it.
i talked with him very quickly.... i let him know about this thread and to call or email bones. he told me he emailed bones yesterday or the day before?!?!?!?!?!

and i agree -- i dont think he was trying to stiff me --- but it would only take a sec to e-mail or call to say that the UPS store is having problems getting the right box ---- im a very understanding guy -- but only if im kept imformed

that guys full of s***. 240 bucks you can buy some goddamn boxes. i cant imagine, though i could be wrong, each seat costing 100 bucks to ship. so that would leave you with 40 bucks to buy boxes, tape, etc.

just so you know the hole scoop -- i bought the seat for $300 --
he said it was 120 a seat --- so $240 total to ship --- BUT it cost 61 each to have UPS to wrap them for him ----- AND he said HE (yes HE HE ) would pay the 61 bucks Each ------
So the way i under stood it -------- is it was 300 for the seats AND the sliders -- $240 for regular shipping (which might be right concidering the size ) --- but he was paying for the store to wrap and sebd them for him ---
SO ALL he had to do was pay the $61+$61 = 122 + the $240 that i gave to have them shipped ___ then thats it ------------
