Anyone know if this is fixable?

So I ordered a new front bumper but they sent me the wrong one and its cracked so I decided to just stick with this one but does anyone know if this hole above the lower grill is fixable? and if so how much I'm painting the whole car but I was just wondering if im better off just replacing the bumper?

don't ask us, ask your local body shop. they're the ones who are gonna be fixing it right?

Return it and get the new bumper, not your mistake.

if you are painting the whole car the cost of a new bumper will be a drop in the bucket. probably cheaper to replace than fix that.
