This is from an email I received from Ken last Monday.
I have found Ken very good to deal with.
"Please remove and send your internals to the following address for warranty inspection by a Carpe Diem engineer;
Carpe Diem Industries
2423 Bluestone St
Stillwater, OK 74074
Upon receipt, all kits are going to be measured, rematched, and tested in a fuel pump on site with complete data logging done. Carpe Diem feels it was a quality control issue matching the two key components together after friction coatings were applied that is to blame. We will be approaching each faulty kit with the same methodical process and are at this point confident in the warranty process. We thank you for your continued business and cooperation.
If the kit ships monday, CDI will have them by the end of the week. Inspection and reassembly we are estimating at no more than one to weeks at most. We have seen customers with the daBears group buy post that they have installed with very good results, so we are confident this is a matter easily addressed and perhaps not as widespread as initially thought. Since the daBears kits were a seperate batch, the problems may be isolated more to the other batches shipped, and we feel it will not be an issue to get these back on track. Neither I, daBears or CDI will allow for a dissatisfied client.
Thank you
Ken"
Hope that helps you out man.
