First off, yes I will stand up for her because what you are doing is not right. This kind of response is not for a 'public' forum, you should have done this privately.

Secondly, she unintentionally 'grouped' people together when that is not what she wanted to do. She wants to find older people that have similar interests as us. Since we have had kids, we don't 'relate' to a lot of 'younger' people anymore. There is nothing wrong with finding people your own age to hang with.

She is not acting like she is perfect and has never even come close to implying that she is. The verse is her signature. If you don't like it, tough. Then tell the other member to take off his Satan Worshiper tag because I don't want to see that either. None of has the right to tell each other what we can/cannot have in out sigs.. What makes you any different?

You people are taking comments out of context and blowing them up? Have you ever heard of letting go? I suppose not.. you would rather just keep picking and picking.. real mature.

Also, she never said that we couldn't drive down a curvy road or listen to loud music just because we have kids. We love that kind of stuff. Since we choose to include our kids, we have to make sure the environment is safe for them. So yes, if there is behaviour that we find inappropriate to have our kids around, then yes we will exclude ourselves. When you have kids, you will see what I mean.

Just because you don't like what someone is saying, instead of harassing them in a public place, try asking them a private question to see what they are talking about.

As far as her complaining, drop it. You have no idea what we have been through, or what we are going through in our lives. It is also hard for someone who has never used a forum like this to tell what is 'playing' and what is 'serious'.

Seriously, I understand that some things should be a PM-only kinda deal. However, I'm not going to put up with someone who, in one thread, gets upset and tells us all to play nice, yet then starts publically to exclude herself from the rest of us.

Maybe *she* should have PM'ed members that she had *not* talked to in Texas. It's as simple as clicking "members" and searching by location.
