Ok, momstoy I think you might like this board and the "immature" people a lot more on here if you looked at it from a different perspective.
Since I signed on here the board has changed, more people, more swearing, lots of OT but still a great wealth of info for ANY car question, mod, whatever. I have seen some arguments on here at least 3-5 times, same argument, different thread starter.
Thing is this is a free forum of free speech. If you don't like something don't reply to it, move on. Take yourself for instance in my opinion, please do not take this personally, I am not trying to flame you but when I first read some of your posts (and your sig, sorry, but religion is touchy ANYWHERE) I did not like the persona you projected. Did I feel the need to flame you and call you a bible thumping mommy head? No. I moved on to another thread.
I have seen so much bulls*** on here but I don't give it the time of day. You cannot police this board or it's people at meets without becoming the one that everyone hates. Take the mods for example: I think they do a great job and I've never had any problems w/them but some people HATE them. Don't put yourself in the position of being the person who feels the need to straighten everyone out, because we're loopy as a mofo on this board - why do you think we all bought Mazdas?

i still have no idea what the lengo is.. flame? whats that..sorry if i don't understand it..
everything is just one huge misunderstanding.. with one thing i said long ago,, and people turned it inside out and with me trying to correct it , it got worse..

Thing is you don't need to apologize so much as chill out. If you don't know what something means, yes, ask but also, first try figuring it out. OMG (Oh My God) when I got on this board I didn't know any of the "lingo". ROFL, IMO, BTW, OMGHI2U!, etc. WTF? :wtf: Do you know what all that means? Because I sure didn't, just take things in context and you should be able to figure them out. Thing is you've got THOUSANDS of members on this site, over 7,777 people!!! And everybody asks a question that has been answered at least 10-50 times before. That's why you'll see a lot of posts where people are saying search, search for the answer! Listen, if you want help PM (private message) me and I will help you out with any definitions of acronyms you need. I'll have you typing in all consonants in no time!

alrighty then,, thanks.. if i can remember your screen name i'll ask... although i do ask my husband, he's computer nut.. but he works and i can't always be buging him about this stuff..lol
