heck i am still a Toys r Us kid!!
I stopped reading this thread at this post. Nice generalistic stereotype there.
So, since I'm 21 that automatically means that I drink, talk "bad", am loud, and smoke pot. Yanno, I think the last thing you have to worry about right now is how you spelled specific wrong. Here we go..
First of all, you get on to us in the TX meet thread for givng you a hard time since you're too serious about anything you get involved in. You blame it on your kids, your life, etc. You complain because we're giving you a hard time and you're trying to play nice or whatever. Yet you come back with THIS thread basically proclaiming your need to exclude yourself from the rest of us just because a few of other guys. Now that's a real nice example of the maturity level you're feel is lacking.
Honestly, from what posts I *have* read of yours, you seem like you're one of those annoying as hell people that used to be "bad" but "found God" and now you think you're some gift that we all need to bow to. Not to try and get bad blood between us all, however, since we're talking about people we can't stand being around; I'll add that I, along with several others that you were going to meet and *have* met do not like that type of person and would rather not have to deal with being around that type of person.[/hint]
If you choose to try and exclude yourself from the rest of us due to some members behavior, please do so. I actually urge you to exclude yourself now. I don't want to be playing babysitter and have our plans that we've already made be put off at the meet due to some older couple that can't go drive down a curvy road because her kids may spill their animal crackers in their car or won't sit around a car picture meet because there's LOUD music. You're in a scene where the things you don't like, well, are what seem to be roots of it all. Maybe a group Jazzercise session would be more pleasing to you.
Hmmm, that last point is the big thing I don't get. The majority of the people in the import scene are younger. You *rarely* find older people in to modding their cars. Because older people, stereotypically, have to deal with mortgages, kids, going bald, having bad attitudes towards kids with nice cars, etc. Yet you're here and involved with this scene. That alone is somewhat respectable. BUT it's not respectable that you have a problem with the crowd, when it's the crowd that makes this all possible.
Now, I apologize if I skipped around there and it was so random. I just cannot believe you had the balls, or ovaries, to come on here and write this thread, even after our "misunderstandings" in the other thread where you continued to try and play nice. What the hell? My mind is just *racing* right now just because I can't STAND people like yourself.
Yanno what... Here, I'll feed your generalism with some "bad" words..
To me, and a few others (as now confirmed), you seem like a somewhat pyschotic, two-faced, over-worrying mother who needs to lighten up and quit trying to be so god damn perfect because you know what? You're not. How's that?
I assume your husband is going to get on here and try to stand up for you, as I would if this were my situation. However, before you two do anything, please consider what scene you're in. This is basically like me going to a known drug dealer's house and stopping an ongoing party to ask if anyone would like to join you outside just to talk and not do drugs, 'cause McGruff the Crime Dog says they're bad. It just doesn't work. Either you understand the scene and take the good for the bad without bitching and trying to seperate yourself, or you just stay the **** out.
Lastly, PLEASE get rid of that bible scripture, or quote, or whatever it's correctly called in your signature. This is not your church forum and I personally don't care to see some Christian "save your soul" crap everytime I look at one of your posts. If you're so high up on people respecting each other, you'd understand where I'm coming from here.
Thanks.
