i know the owners of two local hibachi style restaurants and i could ask them what they use

ok i will try, one place is owned by my ex's cousin and he freakin hates me so he may not say but i will ask

the other is owned by a friend and he is the main cook as well so he should know....if he uses the stuff, i've never eaten there so i dunno

thanks..should be like a brown sauce similar to soy sauce but they use it to cook everything and its not soy.
