Nope. See, that's the difference between you and me. I know these won't provide much power at all. They will give more power than in the normal pro like yours because I have the MP3 ECU, but this is just to hold me over until I get a new car. I would expect about 7 extra horsepower at the wheels. Maybe not even that much. The only reason I'm getting them is because I am getting new pistons anyway, why not spend about $40 more and get these. How's that JDM intake? NOt getting any noticable difference? I could have told you that before you bought it. Did you know that the JDM Sport 20 only has about 155hp. Not 170. Maybe you should have done some calculating before spending all that money. Not flaming though.

there is no "difference" between you and me... I damn know that the normal NA upgrades don't get big gains... and if you had stopped and CAREFULLY read one of my posts on the *other* board before (which, from what I recall was linked in some other thread here), you will see that I AM GOING TURBO... You probably didn't realize that these NA mods I'm doing are "prep" mods
the intake works great, thank you. I don't care what you or anyone else thinks about how it doesn't do anything... believe me it does... I compared dynos of both stock single stage intake and stock VICS intakes WITH the cams installed... on both instances, they lost lots of low end power (major power dips), and still the slope off in power after 6000rpm for both intakes... incase you were too preoccupied to realize, the jspec intake not only adds some horsepower, but it's primary benefit is to smooth out the powerband and maintain the low end and carry out the powerband longer to make a linear, yet flat and usable powerband... I don't regret "wasting" my money on it at all... it helped out even with stock cams... FYI, it's meant to work together with the cams... oh and FYI, I didn't buy it from corksport, so NO I didn't spend $530 bucks on it!
if you want to be politically correct about the FS-ZE engine, it is rated at ~168hp and ~163hp for the 02.5+ ones (0.98603hp*170ps=167.6251hp and 0.98603hp*165ps=162.69495hp)... just FYI

Well that is the same reason I put the cams on and I am very happy I did too. Doesnt stop pulling after 3000 anymore. Also they dont cost $530 for cams from corksport unless you ment pistons too. Your not going to get the same power as JDM with 2 cats and either of are ECUS. It is like getting a blow job with two condoms on, its just not the same LOL. Anyways I hope you find those pistons BEN maybe you can have a little bit of fun till you move on.

either mod is a good mod IMO. 530 for the intake manny is steep, but edwin didn't even pay half that

Sounds to me like some assumptions are being made. I know both of ya, and yall are more alike then either of you would like to admit. You state your points strongly,and watch for the fallout! I don't care about gains really, I'm just in it for the hobby, sure it's expensive, but if I want to install cams that give me 1hp at the wheel, I will, cause I do the installing

Oh yeah, and most of the time when I'm being mean or rude to someone, it's because they were stupid or I just want to see what they will say in return.
