Got stuck today driving to my garage to change the tires. Blizzaks are on and its all good. The potenzas are useless in the snow.

summer tires suck in the snow a lot because the rubber just goes solid. a couple weeks back when it was getting down to freezing here in Rochester my potenzas were hurting pretty bad. wheelhop like crazy even with solid front/rear mounts.

Drove to Kelly's today. So nice having the snow tires on.

The best part was watching all the SUV's loosing traction and wiping out. There were a good number of cars in the ditches and Rt 45 was trashed. Sidewind + packed snow = fun times. Boy am I glad the p5 isn't lowered, though. I heard the front end hitting enough snow as it was!

I picked up a green rattlecan from your favorite Menards but its too 'construction safety green' for my liking. not lime enough. i think im gonna try to get a can of PPG or someshit and use a HVLP gun.

More on topic, I still need to take the MSM wheels off and put my old stock wheels back on... Driving in the snow with low-profile tires isn't too fun...
