Yes, a few of us have done it.
The turbo of choice is the GT28RS (commonly known as the Disco Potato) but it's an expensive piece.
Second, before you go upgrading the turbo you will want to take care of all the other restrictions in the car: Intercooler, intake, exhaust
And then you'll need some sort of engine management so your upgraded turbo won't run like crap: MPI, Haltech, E-Manage, etc...
All this = $$$$$
If you just want your stock car to run much better, you can get a Uni-Chip, plug it in and call it a day. I would still recommend going for the other supporting mods first though.
