Yep. Same as brake bleeding, only difference is you have to physically pull up on the pedal as it doesn't return up on its own.
Also IIRC the bleeder is a bit weird, you have to unscrew it nearly a full 1/2 turn before you get fluid out as it seals a bit differently?
If the clutch line has never been opened you should be able to just gravity bleed it(albeit it takes more time) most likely. If actual air bubbles are in the system you want to forcibly bleed it.
