the 170 is really under rated, the car handles like a dream, Looks good, Good sound system.... okay that is enough I think.
woa there, im not comeing to this board to be flamed or anything, im here because i like the mazdaspeed alot, and im not second guessing my spec for a second, i just like to know more about cars that i like such as the mazdaspeed, so in return would like to know how i would do against one if i ran one. thats the extent why im here. i shouldnt have to just stay ona nissan board becuase i have one. and by the way im not writing the negative stuff, if the speed is faster who cares there both nice cars.. but i do still think through the 1/4 mile its a drivers race, but from what i here the speed will pull from there.. comeon guys no flameing this forums are for info and fun!!!MikeBlueP5 said:Why is it that all the nissan people come over here and start asking questions about our cars vs their cars, are they insecure or what, I am just trying to understand this. Are they unsure that they made the right decision in buying the sentra. I dont know how many of you guys go to the nissan boards and ask questions about your mazda. I know that I dont for sure. I could give a rats ass what they think about my car, to each their own. If they want to know so much about our car, then pick up a road and track or some other magazine that it was featured in. Im just saying that I thought the point of the forums was to talk to other owners of the same make of yours, not to carry on who beats who, why , how and when. and then to say oh well it must have been stock, you could never win, basically calling you a liar and they dont know you. Im just saying why not stick with your kind and if you wanna see what would happen between a Protege and a Sentra then race one.

Mazda.ca, msp 170hp/160ftlbs / 2843lbs
On paper it is easy to say that the spec comes out a bit ahead.
