Would I need special break lines and pads that go with them?

No, you wouldn't need new brake lines. I would suggest getting an extra set of pads since you'll go through them quicker.

I have drilled & slotted brembos with hawk hps pads & ss lines with 35k on them currently with about 1/3 pad left so maybe 50-52k or so before done with less than gentle driving habits. Not seeing that just cross drilled brembos would go through pads any quicker than that. I would expect more mileage from non slotted rotors. How much more pad life than 50-55k you expecting from stock?

No but ss lines will make much better pedal action-less pedal play due to rubber lines expanding.

those brembros are Brembro rotos but they're not drilled/slotted by brembro. i have been told so basically think of that the way you want it.... and i have these currently on my car with axxis pads and they work gr8 - still need to do the lines.

Brembo does make drilled rotors for our car, drilled by them. I have them. I bought them from a place in Ontario for a decent price (don't remember, but I think it was in the 200 range).
