Anybody getting the Wings West kit?

If so I'd be happy to work something out for the stock ground effects that are left over so I can get the MP3 look on my 99. I know it's a ways off before the kit is on sale but keep me in mind. Thanks

I've been in email contact with one of the Wings West guys...there will be a four piece ($650 USD aprox.) and a seven piece ($1,300 USD aprox.) kit...Should be out in mid february...I'll likely be getting it if I have enough cash

I was told around March for the kit, but Feb would be cool As for selling the stock ground effects, I doubt you will be able to. If I know WW, the front and back will just be a lip spoiler, so the stock front and rear would have to stay. The sides would prolly be replaced, and the fender flares will prolly stay unless you get the 7 piece kit. 4 piece is prolly front, back, sides. 7 must include the wider flares, but that doesn't make sense. Should be 8, not 7, 4 flares.

I'm hoping for my sake that the pieces replace the stock pieces. If not , oh well. The kit looks alright to me but I don't think they need the fender flares. The Pro's already have cool looking fenders.

The 7 piece was explained to me by Wings West as follows

small piece in front of
the tire (R & L = 2) the front fender flare (R & L = 2), the rear fender
flare (R & L = 2) and gas cap area (1). Total 7

So does that mean the 7 piece kit doesn't include the other 4 pieces? You said the 7 were all flare pieces, what about the front, rear, and sides? Are they included also in the $1300 price?

i saw a pic on the protege tech site but im not sure if that is the wing west body kit. does anyone have a pice of the mp3 with the body kit. if so can u please post it.

So actually the kit has 11 pieces right?
If you have 7 flares and then the front, back and two sides.
Do you have to buy BOTH kits? That would kinda suck.

I am I the only one who noticed that the Wings West Protege with the kit on it has Euro Style Corners. I think those are teh Chrome Backed Pro Headlights with the amber reflector removed

I don't think that is actually an MP3. I think it is the one with the turbo, I forgot what someone called it. I've seen it a lot on other sites. Oh, it's the protege street car or something like that. It was a concept car for mazda I think.
