do what i did, (gossip) get the intake camshaft, i would say get both but i think the exhaust are all sold but i managed to get one from srmotorsports.com for the money around 200 for intake it gives you the right stuff that you can feel (butthump) . not to hard to install and will help you keep up and hit 120 easier. (hitit2)

Personally I would not waste the money on cams. I would also advize against headers being that come inspection time you would have to pulll it out and put the stock back on... you will FAIL visual inspection if you don't

what do you already have? sounds like you have injen intake, mazdaspeed exhuast system, and stock cams. Am i right?

Are you planning on lowering the compression any so that you can run more boost? Are you going to bullet-proof with new pistons and rods?

Yes i will be getting 8.5:1 when the money gets right again or if i get the help i need with my engine/warranty situation. yes bullet proof is the goal, pistons and all. Hoping to just buy a pre-built engine from wagner or racingmazda.com, I'm waiting on the MAM sleeper kit and when done hopfully will push the crank or wheels at 300hp. thats the goal. (thumb)

Tru (rei) but i figure if i stop at that street killer (laugh) point (300hp) love the though about running that high when doing battle but 200+/- daily. Wrx, srt-4 are my main prey one day (dark) damn just itchen to put down major tire tracks good choice though install and drive off.

What if you take your stock header cover and put it over the new headers, just for the inspection?
