Any software designers/programmers in here?

I have a need for a simple piece of software to aid me in pricing.

I have all of the raw data and an interface in mind, I just need someone with knowledge of how to implement it. I could do some super elaborate excel spreadsheet, but that's not what I'm after.

Please PM me or send me an email if you think you can help.

I don't have a ton of cash to drop on this right now, and I would appreciate any suggestions as well.
