My own experience is that a used turbo in good condition don't come cheap, and a turbo on the cheap may end up giving more problems later.

look for wrx's owners who sells their stock turbo for cheap...we installed one on the stock protege manifold...from 104whp to 178whp @ 8psi untuned.
