Actually, I just used a piece of white poster board I got at Walgreen's. Works like a charm.

aha, makes sense. Easy enough, and CHEAP! perfect for me, ill prolly do that and try to make a box outta it too

You won't need anything wider than a 17 or else people will look fat and distorted
You won't need anything more than 70 if you're shooting with flash since the light reaching that far is gonna suck anyways

Redid this shot using an exposure focused inside the lens and an exposure focused on the rim of the lens. Smushed 'em together.
