I see...Yeah I grew up in South Milwaukee for the most part, so it's good to know there's another Speed 6 floating around. I live in Saint Francis now, just off of Howard Avenue. Maybe we could meet up at Grant Park Beach sometime and check out our cars/swap info...lemme know what you think.

I'm also having a couple of minor issues with the car but deranged has offered to help me out on those and then I should be back at 100% in no time.

Russ Darrow Mazda and by absolutly NO means are they mod friendly. They tried not warrantying my transmission A WEEK AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR because (and I quote) "There was no rust on your test pipe bolts, indicating you probably had an aftermarket exhaust on. Exhaust can do screwy things to a car like this..." After a sufficient amount of BITCHING I got them to do it, but they were in no way thrilled [to the tune of $6,000.00 I wouldn't be either], but yeah. Steve is a really good guy though and has been a HUGE help to my modifications thus far.

In short, it's not so much the techs there, as it is their service writers.

Big time interest! I'm gonna try to get either a pavilion or at the very least a picnic area in Grant Park reserved for a meet, UNLESS someone has a house/property they would rather do it at. If that's the case, I would provide sufficient help with food, beverages, grilling supplies etc. Let me know what you guys think and we can get the ball rolling. At this point I am shooting for Sat. June 20th or Sun. 21st (with Sat. 27th and Sun. 28th as Rain Dates)

Like I said, start shooting some ideas out and we can get this thing rolling...I will start tabulating ideas, guest estimates etc. and start working out our best options...maybe we could even get a YEARLY thing going.

Sunday would probably be best for me also due to work, and Grant park is like 3 minutes away from me. I'll even take vacation if I have to...that's how excited I am about having a meet.

let's get something going...date..list of attendees...what you're bringing..etc..

on a side note...any of you guys interested in some eibach prokit springs.
Brand new, cut you a deal...just figure I'm not going to drop any time soon and could prob use the $ for getting my baby back up to zoomzoom speed.

LMAO I was leaving the gym and just rolling through. I saw you jump out of your seat too. I just thought maybe you loved Speed 6's lol. I'm not looking to buy anything yet, but if you guys wanna buy my car off of me, it'd be more than appreciated. I dont want to, so much as I have to. If layoffs come around this year or next I don't want this payment. Not to mention insurance is killing me ($300/month) and my record isn't even bad. I just need to clear up my debt and I can't do that with $800/month going towards my car.

I still have my COBB AP for sale too. Locally, I'd prolly do like $625.00 for it. Idk I just have a lot of things going on. I adore this car, but I just can't see keeping it right now.

Lol I'm stopping at Jeff's dealership tomorrow to get the car appraised for purchase lmao. I gotta look out for my livelihood man, like I said, I love the car...now just isn't the time to own it.

As far as the AccessPort goes, if you're sincerely interested and we're only talkin like a week or two time frame, I can pull it. Otherwise it's still FCFS.
