Thought I'd ask as millions of people play this game. Send me a friend request if you do (see signature), we could put together an MS3 team... hehe.

if you're familiar with the game there are all kinds of emblems / artwork you can customize your profile with,, I actually found one perfect for MS3. it says "2fast" and has a picture of a tuner car, then for the second icon theres some sort of alloy rims picture hehe.

that game is awesome, just got a 50in samsung plasma last night to replace my old crt tv. gaming is unbelievable now with that tv and my polk surround speaker and hk reciever.

wish my 360 would stay on long enough for me to play... it crashes like crazy on that game... Anyone play Borderlands?

I'm afraid to play games on my Plasma. Do you get any burn in?

I have Borderlands too but haven't picked it up in a while,, MW2 too addictive.

if u copy MW2 to your hard drive u should have no problems with the game crashing,, try that out.

Try clearing your system cache too. I had to do that when forza2 started crashing constantly.

I'm on XBL all the time. I'm not a pro by any means... I had a KDR of 1.11 on COD4, and now I'm at 0.95 or so (and climbing) on MW2.

Gamertag is destruxxx.

Hey man what plasma do you have? my new samsung has quite a few options to fight burn in like rotating pixels every minute, and a screen whip that you leave on for a couple minutes that clears burn in and a bright white mode for serious burn in. I have noticed slight burn in but the moment i watch a movie or use the screen whip the burn in is gone. i told the manager of the sales department i was buying the tv for gaming and he said i would seriously have to try hard to get perminant burn in. but i could never play on an lcd after having my plasma i play a lot of shooters like halo and cod and the response times on my plasma are .001 ms vs most lcd which have like 2ms or 4ms sometimes worse response times and that lag kills the experience for me. also almost all the new samsung plasmas have a "game mode" which enhances the response time and audio output which almost eliminate any noticable lag it made a huge difference when i turned it on.

It's a Samsung and it has the burn in prevention options on it, but I still get temporary burn in sometimes (from channel logos etc). I actually have it hooked up to an HTPC and I'm always afraid to browse the internet for too long on it. Any minor burn in I've seen has gone away pretty quickly, but I'm afraid to play a game where there's any static image for a long period of time, like the HUD.

yeah i have experienced the same temperary burn in like you have. i have yet to get anything permanent, and have pulled a couple four hour sessions with halo and codmf2. i def feel the worry the first time i saw the temp burn in i almost crapped my pants.
