Pro5Girlie - a lot of us are meeting at the IREV show at the Meadowlands in NJ on the 21st. It's right on the way to FL. You should DEFINITELY stop by!

trying to get people to meet in Orlando is a pain in the ass. Personally. I've had enough of I-4. I dont know what everyone elses problem is though.

In all honesty, it would be really awesome if O-Town area people make the trip from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale next Friday for the Intense Performance Mazda Club meet.....
You won't be disappointed! And all Mazdas are welcome....
I expect a showing in excess of 20 Mazdas. Maybe close to thirty if a large group from the O-Town area were to come down.....

So if a central FL crew shows up, the number of cars would be simply staggering!!! We would definitely have to do a photoshoot in a parking garage or something.... maybe some kind of an aerial shot

Ok, directions to parking lot where we meet at Tower Shops are pretty straight forward coming from the North. You can go either via the Turnpike all the way to I-595 (thats an east-west freeway, plus taking the Pike to I-595 is the most headache-free route)
or
you can jump off the Pike at Fort Pierce and get on I-95 and head south to I-595. (you save a few $$ but you may get into rush-hour traffic in West Palm Beach depending on the time you are passing through)
Either way, you need to head west when you get onto I-595 (its a couple exits south of the sunrise blvd and broward blvd exits whether you take the Pike or I-95)
-So you're heading west on I-595, take the University Drive exit.
-Then make a left on University drive (now heading south).
-Make a left at the third light. (You'll see a Chevron on your right)
-Make a left at the first stop sign (make sure you stop, there may be cops watching you (nervous) )
-Make your first right.
-Make your second right and go under the caution tape
we are in the same row as the PT Cruiser club and one row over from the WRX club
When do you plan on leaving O-Town??
Let me know if you have more questions or just give me a call after 9pm sometime this week.

Yeah same here guys, if it isn't raining I will head on down there. but I HATE driving in the rain.

See i was kinda worried that weather might greatly impact the number of people and cars..... we'll just have to wait and see i guess....
I realize some people live further away than others but please be aware that i will be at Towers at 6pm on Friday, rain or shine! It's a 45 minute drive for me in case you didn't know.
Also, just coz it might be raining where you live, or it rains on your way here in a few places, doesn't mean it's raining in West Fort Lauderdale.
For people that have a 1 or 2 hour drive to Towers, I suggest to keep an eye on this page till the very minute you decide to leave:

Yeah I know Im going to drive down if it isn't raining too bad on the way there. I would like to have a car to drive to NOPI. Right now I am literally flooded inside my house
