Any gains going from stock MP3 sway bars/endlinks to AWR?

Are there any performance gains going from a stock MP3 setup to AWR 21mm sway bars and end links?

Also what about the rear trailing link setup? I don't know that much about suspension so I am lost here.

I don't want this to sound like i've got attitude, but here goes.
If you don't know about it, leave it alone until you know about it.

Well thats a bad thing to say. If everyone who wanted to make their cars perform better was met with that kind of bad attitude then there would be no aftermarket. I know a shitload about engines and turbo and I always try to school people when they say they don't know about stuff.

That's my point.
I didn't want to sound like I had an attitude, so I appologize for it coming across that way.
I just think "people" should know all about what they want to change, and what the side effects will be.
I know lots of kids who do things to their cars (one guy in particular that dumped $30000 CDN into a civic) and can't figure out why the car sucks!
Because he didn't know what he was doing.

you do understand that his question is the reason he is posting on the forum, right? if he knew the answer before posting, what's the point in posting?

the trailing and control arm links they make might be of some benefit, but i don't think you will gain much (if anything) by upgrading the sway bar. the mp3's bar is 22mm, isn't it? if it is, then you would lose a little bit of roll control in the rear giving more understeer.

The MP3 rear bar is 20 mm. I think you would see improvements using th 21.5 mm bar and end link's. I have the MP3 front and rear bars with AWR end link's, front and rear, and I'am very happy with the performance. Beware of strange noises coming from these new end link's, as they are metal on metal.
