^ Shouldn't be a problem, I put my ChargeSeepd lip on with the bumper still on the car.

yeah definitely do-able... but i also installed the ACC bumper sag fix/new fog deletes at the same time so i just took it off, figured it'd be easier...

mine didn't have that little upper lip on the underneath part, may have to do a little modification to make it fit tho.
