yeah id expected to get one from the dealership but they said they were all backed up... been 10 days ... service soo far not soo great.

I haven't seen a VICS thread for a while. Sorry to hear. Went through it myself.
Took the dealer 10 days to get you a rental? They must do things differently in the Great White North because I had a rental the same day. Wasn't from the dealer directly, they just paid for a car from a rental company.
