Another reason why i hate Mazda!!

I just finished changing my brake pads and looks at my old ones they have at least 30% left on them before they reach the line. Whatever i dont mind that much the fact that i am throwing money in the trash because i changed my pads when Mazda told me I had less then 10% left 4000 miles ago, but right before my warranty ended (4 k miles ago) they said they would fix/replace my warped rotors if i was not riding on almost done brake pads. But they didnt fix it because they claimed in the front i had less then 10% and in the back 35% (which was ok). 4000 miles later i find out they lied, cuz they r c*ck sucking SOBs!!! should i take it back and yell at them? try to get them to fix it now? But i have no proof that they were changed today or are from my car at all. **** YOU MAZDA! **** YOU TO HELL!!! (fu)
(and for any of you that dont think my anger is justified search my threads about my denied warranty for a ******* CAI)

You could take the word Mazda out of your post and put in almost any other make of car and you will find people who have had the same experience.

You local stealership is out to do one thing: make money.

i know that i love my car, but it hasnt been only one dealership. I have tried 3 different ones. I wish it was someone else that made the p5.

From what I have heard, most brands have an incentive for dealers to get good customer service ratings, but Mazda does not. For VW, they have some customer satisfaction rating. The dealerships that score higher get first pick of the car configurations that come over each year (models, color, options, etc). That is their incentive to keep you happy, because they don't want to get stuck with lame cars to sell.

It sounds more like Mazda has no real relationship between the factory and the dealer. They just sell the cars to the dealer and don't seem to give a damn how the deal treats the customer.

Yeah i agree its not the manufacturer. i work for BMW and since i have been there everbody complains about the service writers/managers. all the techs know they are there just to get money whether its to screw the customer or the techs out of their hours. dealers are the same no matter what the ingsignia is.

i noticed that the service started sucking royally atfer they quit selling mazdaspeed vehicles, i think they just sucked enough in ht efirst place and mazda yanked there ms sponsorship

d00d the dealer doesn't even MAKE the car, they have NOTHING to do with the car, all they do it pretend to be knowledgeable and steal your money, hence STEALERSHIP, do the work yourself

agreed. Most of the dealers are assholes! Point blank. Although I got lucky, my dealer next to me is pretty good. So far I didnt have any problems with them. Ill see if they will start bitching or not in 2 weeks after I put my header in. Probably not but who knows now. I mean they didnt say s*** about my current mods...only complements so far.
