Another P5 Taken' Out

Well my day and only car has just been shot to Hell! Time to start lookin' for an EVO8. Think my sponsors will be pissed?! I t-boned a truck this morning on my way to work, by the time I hit him after gettin' on the brakes I was doin' about 35mph. I got hauled-off to the hospital in an ambulance and have ended-up with some major whiplash. Waiting to here from the guys insurance since he's at fault.

Here's some more pics. I thought just the front got damaged but look at my back seat. I'm just really glad my 3 boys and my wife weren't in the car. Notice no airbags deployed either.

Yeah, I think I'll be alright but I don't know about my ride. Lookin' pretty slim for a recovery. I'll keep you guys posted and let you know about what I can part out. She was looking good, just got back from the N.J. Hot Import Nights show about 3 weeks ago. Can you believe if they total it my wife wants a minivan?!!!! I don't think so!

The road I was drivin' on is in a 55mph zone. Kinda like a country road and as I approached this intersection I had the right of way while the road crossing has stop signs. It happened early this morning as the sun was rising and I had the sun to my back. As the guy came to stop he was being blinded and didn't see me coming and proceded to pull out. I hit him on his P.S. front tire and scared the s*** out of him since he had no idea I was even there. He was in a fullsize Dodge Ram 4x4.

I hope she's fixable, I was gonna have her paid off in 4 months. I was in the process of selling my Chevy race engine so I could pull this motor out and get her boosted and put a manuel trans in. We'll see what happens in the next couple of days. Anyways, thanks to everyone here on the Mazda Forum for the support and friendships over the past 3 1/2 years!!!!
