Another new CX-7 owner!

I've always liked the looks of these, we test drove one back when they first came out but weren't ready to trade the old car (Bonneville GXP) in quite yet. About a month ago had someone say they wanted to buy the old one, so we ended up selling it, and I told my wife she could get whatever she wanted. We really only considered the Honda CRV and CX-7, test drove both, and while the fit & finish is nicer in the Honda, even she said it was a dog to drive. So the sportiness & appearance of the CX-7 won out! I then started searching all over to find a Grand Touring in red or white with the equipment we wanted, just couldn't get a match locally. Got a couple dealers bidding against each other and ended up almost $6k off MSRP. I'm excited and I won't even be the one driving it! lol We don't pick it up til Saturday (~3 hrs away), I can't wait!

You will by far enjoy the CX 7 way more over the CR-V....good choice. Honda's are great, reliable vehicles for sure but as far as pure driving fun....Mazda rules! It's a good value too. Enjoy and let see pics come the weekend!
