OK I have some really annoying squeak going on in the front and rear suspension every time i go over any thing, even when i get in and out of the car. So now that my b-day is coming up my fiancee wants to buy me the parts to get it fixed but I have no idea what it is. Can some body tell me what it is and how to fix it? thnx!!!

sounds like the sway bar bushings. mine did it as well. i greased them up with some silicone luburcant.... dam i cant spell. bought mine from walmart in the car stuff (yellow can). spray down the bushings and see if that works. worked fine for me, but i still have the clunk in the rear. havnt heard it sqeek in a while except in the winter time.

Replace all the sway bar bushings, front and rear, with Energy Suspension Polyurethane bushings. I have yet to change my fronts, but the ES bushings have been on in the back for a year and haven't made a sound. Find the appropriate part number for the sway bar size at their website - www.energysuspension.com - and then buy them off eBay. They're cheap, and you won't have to crawl over speedbumps anymore.

my car is still under warrenty, you think they can fix the problem for me?

ya, if its underwarrenty. most of us are out of warrenty gay!, but let me fix the problem, but they dont really fix the problem. they just give u a tempurary fix.... comes back after a couple of months.

Yeah its totally the bushings.

If I remember correctly this bushing thing has been covered and theres a pretty comprehensive thread about it.

You should do a search now that you know what it is. Theres apparently revised rear bushings you can purchase from the dealer (or if youre under warranty just make them put on) that fix it.

Definetly Sway bar bushing. it happened on mine too. they will replace with a warranty. wow, Racing Beat must make some crapy ass bushings if it happens to this many MSPs

na, its not racing beat. its mazda who did this. they used the same design on the mp3s as the msp. they knew about this problem was on the mp3s because so many had this n brought it back, but they still used the same design on the msp. they made a "fix", but only tempuraraly. it usually works for just a few months, then the squeaks n clunks all come back.... its the position of the bushings that makes this happen. they sell a relocation kit, in the vender section, that suppose to fix this, but idk how it went. gl to all of yall on this problem. grease them up really good with some silicone spray lub. or osmething.

Once again, deftinately the bushings. But even if you replace them, it will cmoe back. If you want the permanent fix, you need to get Evolv's relocation bracket. Plus, it makes the car handle even better than before:) Just check out the vendor info, or pm Evolv. They're absoutely amazing.
