I am assuming that it is the correct bolt. I pulled the seatbelt cover off, then the right side panels, and the seat belt assembly, and finally that rubber cup that covers the strut. Once that is done, you can see the washer and the bolt that hold the strut in. I first visually checked it and saw that it was positioned with the bowl like a cup and not an upside down spoon. Then I loosened it, and re-tightened it. I made sure that all of the foam pieces that go under the paneling were there and that nothing metal would be touching anything, re-tightened the seatbelt assembly, and put everything back together. Then I went under the car, put the torque wrench at 65lbs and re-tightened the sway bar end-link bolts. I didnt take off the tire so I couldn't re-tighten the two large bolts that connect the spring assemply to the rear linkage, and I couldn't grab the spring and rattle it around like somebody else mentioned. It was getting dark, so I did what I could. I was hoping that what I had done already would fix it, but it didn't. The only thing that I can think of is that maybe it doesnt seat into the top spring retainer correctly. But there is that rubber grommet thing in there that should absorb any noise, I would think. Oh well. I will try to take the tire off tomorrow and do some further investigating, but right now I am at a loss...
