annoying noise help

so it started like week ago. when i turn my wheels to make a turn it makes a noise like a old door hinge. i think its coming from under the car but not sure what it is any ideas?

My first guess would be the front strut hats need lube. At least I hope it's that cause it's the cheapest to fix. Somethin with the steering rack? ouch. Somethin with pwr steering pump? less ouch but still ouch. Sound like that hopefully is the struts dry holin the faunky pivot things on top that should really be a bearing instead. Good luck.
