Just got finished installing my Angel Eyes on my 3. One problem...the right side (passenger) is not as bright as the left side (driver). Any idea what would cause this?
I DID use a heavier gauge wire (16 gauge compared to ballasts' 22 gauge) to connect the driver's side positive and negative wires with the passenger side positive and negative wires. Would that be the cause of the dimmer halos on the passenger side? I wouldn't think so but I'm not THAT knowledgable about wiring...
The Angel Eyes ballasts positive wires are wired together and lead directly to a toggle switch on the dash. The negative wires are also wired together and ground right behind the driver's side headlamp on the chassis, just below the fusebox. The toggle switch is ground inside the cabin under the dash and powered by the fusebox under the glove compartment. 16 gauge wire used throughout the installation.
Any answers/ideas would be greatly appreciated!
