American vs. Gulf specs for CX-5?

I am moving to Qatar and I am considering whether to export my CX-5. I have contacted Mazda International, my local service (dealership), as well as the service dept. in Doha to inquire about American vs. Gulf specs for the CX-5. Mazda International was no help and did not know where I could find specs information. My local service tech told me there is no difference. He said I may have to change the filter more often (sandy conditions), but he did not think that CX-5s shipped to the Middle East had different radiators or cooling systems. I'm just curious to know if anyone has information about specs for CX-5s shipped to to the Middle East versus those destined for the U.S. Are their differences? Any information is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have read that 5w30 is the recomended oil outside of the US.

I read in the service manual that some models have extra oil coolers and some do not but it is not clear which have and have not....

My dad just moved there last month for a job. Was considering moving with him and experiencing middle east, but I'll just visit. I was looking up information about moving my car there too, but only shipping quotes (which I never got a response).
