Am I the only one?

I am going to try to post the dyno sheet either tonight or tommorow. And yes the downpipe did solve the problem with the A/F

stupid question here but how did the downpipe solve the A/F problem.
are you talking just about the reading?

AZMS nice numbers for a DP....but Paul is right the Apex'i S-AFC will not work in the protege due to its not being able to rad the MAF in the protege. If you want to control fuel your only choice is a Greddy E-Manage.

Or a Split Second setup like Shawn (Chojin) of Mazdaspeed of Houston has on his "MP3-T." It controls what the MAF sensor sees.

Well the mechanic said that he would install it for me. He said it would take some work though. Anyway, I don't need it the A/F is just about perfect. About the sound it is not very loud. You can hear it from outside the car now. It is a low sort of "import rumble," but I'll get it louder with the new piping.

ok you need to get on these guys asses to get these made. Even if its only for a group buy for us, whatever, I NEED UBER DOWNPIPE CHANGE. :D

Hey to shed some light on the check engine light. It doesn't do anything to the car becides let you know that there is a cat not working properly, so the o2 sensor doesn't even need to be there.
Just make sure that you give it a week w/the oem pipe back on before you take it to emissions.
