I see a lot of you out there on the road. P5's everywhere, a few MP3's and Rex's here and there, I don't even see anyone with a MPV or Miata on this board.

Maybe I'm the only one in NM who uses a computer...

WE bought the Titanium Metallic Grey (Dark Grey) with the Black/Red leather interior. It looks sweet. You can see pictures at RX-8 Pictures .

Hey....another NEW MEXICAN. No way. I've been trying to find other people from NM on this forum.

I live in Cochiti Lake, just south of Santa Fe. I drive a Schwan's truck in Taos, Red River, Questa, so you've probably seen me or other Schwan's trucks around.

I drive a yellow P5 with gun metal painted wheels, yellow calipers, tinted windows, bra, a few stickers on the back, axle-back exhaust, etc.

Let's organize a meet somewhere. Ever go to Special Effects in Alb?

Yeah, I have gotten a few things from Special Effects for both my cars, including my evo hood that I am still waiting for. Shawn is a real cool guy.

I have heard from one of my friends that there is a yellow msp somewhere here in town, and I have seen a few mp3's. I have not seen any modded P5's or sedan's, so we would need to find some more people for a meet. I'm all for it though, it would be nice to meet some other owners.

Oh, so I'm NOT the only Mazda owner in New Mexico. I'm also glad I'm not the only one who's noticed the lack of popularity for Mazdas for whatever reason. Best kept secret?

Either way this is my first day on this forum. I finally found a mazda forum I think I'm going to like a lot. I own a white mazda protege lx 2002 model. I have a red neon light that chases around my license plate so I'm easy to spot in the crowd. Was looking for other mazda owners in town and I have a hard time spotting them at all.

It's all about hondas or something these days? Well we definitely have the better of the two...

Well of course if everyone owned a mazda, we wouldn't be nearly as cool. So I saw earlier you were interested in possibly arranging a "meet"? I've been to SEP once before, though not for my new car. This is my first new car, so I'm excited about doing some stuff with it. And yes, Shawn is very nice. I hit them up one time for advertising when I was working at the radio stations here in ABQ. (not a recommended job)

They don't know it, but I also worked on their web site when I was with a company in town that does them. I did the initial prototype w/ the look and feel of the site. Shame on me for not putting a mazda in the lineup. Of course then again... I didn't own on at the time. (see the rollovers) This one is probably one of the few I've gotten online and published for a company.

(hi) my name is Travis D (rei) and as of right know i'm at eielson in alaska (gun) and i have found out that my next home will be New mexico at hollowman and i wanted to see (peep) all the protege onwners that are close to or in new mexico so maybe unlike in alaska i can be able to see other pro's that look good and have some money spent on them. Me on the other hand my car is (silverpro and i have a few things on it know and after i take my leave in route i will have a lot more but i have fs-ze intake cams, mazdaspeed exhaust cams, unorthadox crank, unorthadox fly, stage 1 act clutch, tommotor sports racing seats & coilovers, a sound system (sssh) , 17" rims, front strut bar, and a very helpful radar detector (dark) . what i will hopefully put on my car when i stop by home before getting there is evo 5 body kit, wingwest skyline wing, MAM fuel stage 3 kit, (bow) MAM sleeper kit (bow) , and hopefully some cheap 18" rims (ugh) is i can find a good deal without the shipping prices givin in alaska (piss) which is y my stuff was home and not on the car. If any of you have the MAM ss kiit and live close to hollowman i would be more than happy to get some help from you on the set up of the map if i don't fully get it when i put it on with my pops. but all in a nut shell i'm looking foward to get out of (puke) alaska and into the heat where i belong. I will hopefully be down that way in august 05 (nana) if i don't get kicked out by then.
