no... the Apex downpipe INCLUDES the J-pipe and midpipe (with or without cat) as one piece. this then bolts up to the S-pipe.

so in order of your exhaust system:
Turbo Manifold > Turbo > S-pipe > J-Pipe > Midpipe (with or without cats) > catback pipe (with or without resonator) > axle back muffler.
 
I stand corrected its a j pipe with a mid pipe, that connects to the s pipe. correct?

Has anyone done the CS s pipe with the Apex j/mid pipe with the high flow cat? then possible custom behind and keep the orignally muffle.
kinda sounds like to much work when someone can just get the CS turbo back.

Yeah, that's right, and that sounds like it should work.
