All low beam and high beam are out! Pls help

Hi I have a 2003 protege 5 and recently my low beam and high beam are out at same time and I'm having problem finding the fuse?! Pls let me know which fuse it will be under and Do u think that my bulbs are out or just the fuse?! Pls help!!
