I do have to say that at least he's not being an even bigger asshole by appealing the suspension.
Don't get me wrong, If you read my prev posts I think he needs to be charged and fined, but alot of times in sports when big suspensions are handed down, they are appealed, even when it was a blatant and malicious act.
