Air Conditioner cuts out after 15 minutes

My 02 Protege 5 air conditioner quits blowing cold after about 15 minutes. I took it to the dealer and they said the freon was low, serviced the ac for about $130 and 15 minutes later it was blowing hot again.
Dealer is obviously clueless and doesn't care.

Is your a/c condenser fan kicking on? (not the radiator fan)Mine had an old frayed wire at the harnes plug that was causing to to blow hot sometimes. Or the fan motor might be bad.
