Aftermarket touch screen for Mazda CX-5 2023?

The dial will come. I hated it at first too, but now it's definitely pretty cool. It is rather intuitive!
Personally I don’t mind it, but it’s difficult to use for passengers, especially infrequent ones

The Mazda AIOtweaks software (to which you refer) used a back door hack to modify the firmware. Mazda has closed that door with later firmware versions after ~2020, so nothing will work now, unfortunately.

Some guys figured it out. I just followed their instructions and it works on V74 version 324A. You need a keyboard with a usb receiver and a stick not bigger than 16GB. I am not sure if I am allowed to post here links from a different Mazda forum but if you are interested send me a private message and I will help you.
Just to clarify: it works for the 8 inch screen and OS 74.00.324 NA N. If you have the newer OS with 10 inch screen, it's not working.
