Aftermarket PCV hose?

I just installed my C-PE nano intake on my '10 ms3. Like everyone else who has installed it, Im not comfortable with the strain that is on the stock pcv pipe when it is hooked up to the intake. I was trying to find an aftermarket solution to fix this problem, but I could not find any companies that sell an aftermarket pcv pipe/hose. Im thinking some silicon hose and clamps would do the trick, but Im not sure what diameter I would need or where to order it. Has anyone successfully done this and can point me in the right direction? Thanks.

I know I'm bringing this back to life...but did you ever find a solution to this problem?

Sadly no, still trying to find a solution, CP-E pretty much told me its installed as intended, but I cant imagine the stress on that vacuum line being good. Looking at the Sure SRI, maybe it wont have that issue.
