i sure hope you didn't try and tap into your first 02 sensor to try and get the signal from it, because if you did you just ruined a 400 sensor. running rich for a while wont blow them out. i doubt you ran richer than when the vehicle was when it was stock.
i would check all your wires and make sure none are broken.
you might also want to consider checking your fuses. what are you using to read your AFR?
