Affordable Air tools?

I know a lot of people may be looking for affordable air tools, or shop and automotive tools for that matter. I have an answer for you:

Harbor Freight

I did a search just for airtools, and this is what they came up with:

Search using "Air"

Once you get past all the expensive compressors on the 1st couple of pages of the search results, you come to the more affordable models and their accessories.

In air tools, affordable means bad quality. Trust me, there are parts that are spinning inside there in excess of 10,000rpm. Do you want to buy a crappy air gun twice or a good one once? Cheaper isn't always the best way to go. You get what you pay for.

I completely agree with you. However, for someone who will use them once or twice a month at home the cheeper one will probably do the trick and last for his whole lifetime. I agree that a mechanic who uses them on a daily basis should look for more quality. It all depends on how you intend to use the tools...

I just got a great deal on a Husky 6 HP 22 gallon 150PSI stand Up portable air compressor. It came with: 25ft Hose, Air Blower, Tire Inflator, Air Gun, Air Hammer, Air Ratchet, and Spray Gun with all fittings and even some teflon tape. All For $300 brand new at Home Depot. I did my research and for home use (non-commercial/industrial) it is the best deal going and I compared to Craftsman, Cambell Hausfeild, and Porter Cable. Works great BTW.

Yep, this was my aim.
