AFC-SplitSecond PSC1 Map Library

Now I dont think that the SSAFC is the problem. I just ran my custom map, SS map, and and another map....still I have the same problem...It has to be something mechanical...

uhhh...i was running 12psi on stock injectors, 8.5 CP, i used the superstock map and it worked fine, actually it worked great
during the winter i used the winterfmic map and it was awesome too, no need to do a completely custom tune

mine is runnign like s***!
i still need to check on some stuff like timing and such
also, i need to do odb2 diagnostics since it might just be something that is making the car run in limp mode

yea..might want to check all the other shift out first before you make alot of extra work for yourself upgrading injectors and tuning and s*** lol
how exactly is it running like s***? like what is it doing?

i think i figured it out
the strong smell of gas today allowed me to brainstorm.
i believe it is one of the following
a. bad coils
b. bad injectors
c. bad injector cables
d. bad sparkplugs

I had a similar issue as you, it turned out to be my coils. I changed my plugs while i was at it.

i doubt it is the coils, but i could be wrong.
need to do some testing

the engine feels like it is running on 3 cylinders

check the purge solenoid valve if your getting a strong smell of gas, mine was driving like ass and stumbling all over the place, during normal driving
and it turned out to be the electrical connector for the purge solenoid valve

purge solenoid....this is the one that goes back to the canister that send gas back into the gas tank, right?

hmmm, i was toying around with it, i may have broke it
thnx, i'll check it out

turned out to be bad plugs
i took'em out, cleaned them, re-installed and DAMN!
thing idles sweet, boosts 8psi solid and AFR dip into the low 10's
some times going as high as 12...
man, can;t wait for 12 psi, which is supposed to be the max at which the stock injectors work, then getting 440cc's and more tuning....

Where do you connect the vaccuum looking hose to that runs out of the afc, does it make a different if you don't have it hooked up?

that is the boost reference. NEEDS to be hooked up to something connecting to the intake manifold, or the AFC won't really basically do jack s***.

wow, i didn't know that!!!! thats probably my whole problem then, haha i probably should have known that

So would it be alright to tap it into the one that goes to my boost gauge, I have it hooked into the wastegate, bpv, and top of intake mani
