adjusting the manuel drivers seat

anybody have a problem with the seat hight adjustment. I have a 2011 cx7 with the manuel drivers seat adjustment. Sometimes it sticks in the upper adjustment and I have to keep trying to get it to move. Eventually after about 10 tries it does. Please anybody with this problem and what did you do to correct it. Thanks
