Adjust headlights

No this is not a question on the stepped headlight pattern

Does anyone know how to adjust the regular lights manually? I put some aftermarket HID's in and I want to adjust both sides down slightly. There is a slight glare that is shining about 5-10ft above the line where most of the light stops, plus I drove around tonight and my headlights shine into the back of small/lower cars lol.

I just want to move the beams down slightly. There is nothing in the manual, and nothing if you look into the engine bay. I assume its located on the back of the headlights, but I dont want to take the wheel off, etc to find out its not there either.

I've adjusted my roomate's speed 6 headlights. There are 2 screws on the back of each of the high and low beam (so 4 total)... one screw does the up and down adjustment and one does the left right.

If you do a search in the mazda 6 section there are some nice diagrams. I would think they'd be similar.
