Added Protection Plan Anti rusting=Failed

Funny you should ask that. Only time I was asked to fill in a survey was when I bought the car. They provided me with a comment card that I was to fill out online. They didn't give me the information that was required to fill it out. So then nope. LOL and I've never gotten an email from them to fill out a survey.
Do you guys get the emails from Mazda asking you to complete their survey? I've done 2 so far and you can complain all you want on there about whatever you choose. They break it down into sections, too. There's always a part for your dealer experience at the end. I can't even answer fairly because I have never really been back to the dealer since I got my car, besides going in and asking questions! Just a suggestion. :)
 
In Norway all Mazdas get something called "Merkasol" treatment when the come to the country. Mazda is paying for this. IF I as costumer follow up the treatment, the cars rust warranty goes up from 12 to 16 years.

i'm from california but fiancee and kids are in montreal. 4yrs back i bought my girl a new mazda cx7 and since im a U.S i had to put it under her moms name. they were pretty persistent on me adding extra warranty i said no cause the car has a standard 3yrs/5yrs warranty but i'll get the anti rust warranty. chick was still insisting on selling the extra warranty stating do u know how much turbo cost? i said yes i do.. do u know what type of turbo it is? she said hold on let me check. i said dont bother cause ur basing a fact on replacing a turbo and pricing when u dont even know what type it is. im not getting the warranty but im getting the rust protection plan. she finally shut up with the extended warranty and a day after when we were ready to pick it up we got a call that the ANTI THEFT marking was added and an additional $$ is applied to the loan and extended warranty. i said we didnt sign for that they said u signed it and we spoke to u. i said no u didnt and no we didnt sign the paper. so i went to the dealer and went directly to the sales manager i said whats going on with my loan? why is there an additional charge that i didnt agree and sign for? they said i did. so i busted out the paper with my original signature and compared it to the one they have... guess what? they added it after the fact i signed it so i said cancel the damn purchase cause u guys are running a scam on me. EXTENDED warranty was declined anti theft marking was declined and u guys still added it on my loan. being frustrated and pissed i got a call later that afternoon an apology from the regional manager and worked out a better deal. they ended up removing the extended warraty and added the ANTI THEFT marking for free. FREE 4 SNOW TIRES, FREE oil change for 3 yrs and free maintanance and asked them to remove the 2-20 logo emblem on the car and license plate cause im not gonna drive my car around with ur dealer ship logo on my car. ( i know im such an A-hole oh well ). i was gonna say no cause of the principal of it, but i cannot walk away with a good deal. bottom line is MONTREAL sales people are scandalous and its weird how they base the interest rate even with down and good credit. and one more thing cars in CANADA is OVER PRICED specially now tht the US dollar is par with US canadian. and oh yeah i bought the car from 2-20 mazda at de sources another oh yeah anti rust is worth it dont have second thoughts on it people i took the car back last yr cause there was a rust build up on the hood they took care of it and repainted it.
 
WOW Shortfuse12 and I thought I was bad...I know 2-20 I believe they have since closed on sources. I originally bought a 323 at 2-20 in Dorion and really was pleased with the service there.But having moved downtown went to Gabriel. When the Mazda 2 came out I was the first to buy one (exact release date). They too tried to sale the extended warranty. Had no clue on add-on pricing. I took the anti rust, had them throw in the Anti-Theft marking..I said Ohh please...you always throw that in. I took the extra service maintenance (figured pay 2 years in advance...why not) if they threw in the winter floor mats and front mud guards. Well let me tell....The nightmare had begun. Poor education on the Mazda 2 options. I went all out upgrading the radio. I asked 4 times and told yes the upgrade does come with 6 speakers, sub woofer, back up camera, GPS, Bluetooth and Ipod. I'm like You are sure...Turns out NOPE when it came time to deliver the car. Mazda had not yet had the pricing information on add-ons. Mazda had no choice to add everything that was asked for at their cost. The sales manager returned from vacation unhappy. His floor model (Spirit Green)was sold LOL. Plus all the add ons... That sales person was never seen again. Only thing the car came ready with, was the heated seat. Everything else was back order. I had also purchased the Mazda Skin(Decal on side) They had ordered and installed the wrong size. Took me a few days to notice something was wrong. Front mudguards couldn't be installed on the upgraded model and the winter mats didn't exist yet. On we ended up paying for the spoiler that came with the car. LOL So exchange the floor mats and mudguards for tint windows. As for the spoiler was given a 300$ credit. All in all the car took 6 months to complete. I walk in that dealer now and they all run and hide....
