Hey guys

On warm days I have no clunking noise coming from my suspension and on cold days it does slightly though only over large dips in the roads, So do you think there is a problem?

Is it agreed that we will figure out the clunk for brennan when he shows us the WW kit on his MSP? I think many of us want to see that kit on the MSP.

PICS!!! PICS!!! PICS!!!

NO!

We will tell you the answer in june when you get the WW kit on and show us!

J/K!:D

Brennan.. I have the same thing. In the morning when it' s colder out... CLUNK. After it warms up.. No clunk. Honestly I could care less. I understand its the suspension, and I'm ok with that.

Hey brennen, my situation is kinda different,my car started out with a clunk from the showroom(scratch) and as I started getting miles on my car (I was at 3800mi. when it went BOOM!)It was getting progressively better(scratch) :wtf: Has ANYONE else had an experience like this with the "CLUNK" I can't be the only one!

I don't have it on yet, not for a bit yet probably not until june but could you still answer my question.

Sorry Brennan, we just wanted to see the kit. lol

My clunk is similar to yours in the sense that two weeks ago during a cold week my clunk got going pretty good. I could hear it driving 5mph over the seams of my driveway. Now that it's 70degrees most every day it's virtually gone with the exception of the rare "perfect" bump to make my clunk go "clunk". It is noticeable and as I have described it before I thought it was a small primate trying to bang his way out of my body panels in the rear. If you get a noticeable consistency then it's time to take your dealer tech for a ride to let them experience the clunk. That is my game plan at this time.

OK almost EVERYONE on this forum,, has expirenced the clunk.. Im sure people on this forum are sick of talking about it. Thats why not many responses on this topic. Do A search.. I guarentee you will find 3 threads MINIMUM.

Brennan, you and i live in similar weather conditions so i'll tell you.
In temperatures below 5 degrees it CLUNKS loud, espcially when the car has been outside overnight and when the car is still cold. After driving for at least 10 minutes and everything has warmed up, the clunk may not be as noticable even if the temperture outside is below 5 degrees.
Over 5 degrees, the clunk is no longer audible or it doesn't even clunk at all. I guess the bushing has gotten warmer so it's more flexible.

I hear the same thing sometimes coming from the rear of the car. In my opinion i think it just the large sway bar and when its cold and you go over a bump it makes the clunk

Yes, you have the clunk. Eventually it will be present no matter what the weather conditions. Cold weather starts the deterioration it seems.
