Activities for the Tx wide meet...

ok.. not sure what order everyone wants to do things.. but here's what i and a few others have come up with...
start at 9am

get everyone parked in lines...WE ARE GOING TO BE PARKING THE CARS BY THE COLOR THAT THEY ARE.

get an area for the swap meet set aside.. help get that set up, IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING YOU WANT TO SALE, OR JUST GET RID OF BRING IT.. SALE IT AT THE SWAP MEET, OLD PARTS, NEW PARTS, THINGS YOU CAN'T USE ANYMORE, THINGS YOU NEVER USED EXT...

play some disc golf, whenever...EVERYONE THAT WANTS TO PLAY NEEDS TO BRING THEY'RE OWN DISC'S everyone who has they're own, knows how expensive they can be, so that's why you need to bring your own , so that if you lose a disc it's yours and not someone else's. AND LOSEING A DISC DOES HAPPEN.

start the grills about 11amish.. for the cook out.REMEMBER EVERYONE COMING TO THE MEET NEEDS TO BRING FOOD AND SOFT DRINKS. that way, if everyone brings something they're will be a crap load of food and there will be enough for everyone to eat.

JDM SAM, is doing the dyno.. so whenever he wants to do that

as for the grilling... there are grills all over the area,,(i hope) but, if you can bring some sorta grill with you, that will work too...

if anyone has any more great ideas lemme know...

oh, btw.. (no)there will be no STREAKING!! i am sure that the police will be there, making sure that nothing crazy happens..

ALSO, THERE CAN BE BEER, BUT NOT ANYTHING OTHER THEN THAT, GARLAND IS DRY(I BELIEVE BECAUSE THERE ARE NOW LIQOUR STORES AROUND THAT AREA., AND WITH THE POLICE PROSSIBLY BRING THERE (MORE THEN LIKLY THEY WILL BE THERE), WE CAN'T TAKE THAT RISK. THEY MAY SHUT US DOWN IF WE HAVE IT. AND I'D HATE THAT TO HAPPEN.
AND IF YOU DO DRINK PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DRINK RESPOSIBLY!! WE DON'T NEED ANYONE GOING TO JAIL.

shelli just wanna ask if we wont a a mini meet for the attendee? like what you said before. Just curious cos i think it would be nice to have some freindly competition while enjoying the cookout. For prices, what about a computer printout kinda like a cerificate for being best on that field. Who knows this could go big in the future and be as popular as the one in california...hehe..just a thought

well, we were thinking of doing some judging..and given out certificate's or awards like,
best over all look, most unique, so on and so forth.... but we need someone with a really nice printer, that does a great job printing, that can do this.

unless we want to have a small entry fee for the meet , that way we can get some trophies... i have no idea where to get trophies or how long it would take to have them made up...anyone know?

i think i got you beat right now for the dirtiest. i haven't had time to wash my mp3 in weeks. its gone from sparkling blue to a light brown color(I drive through miles and miles of freeway construction DAILY).

we'd both drive. we constantly race up and down the freeways. we could probably get from houston to dallas in like 2 hours flat. last time we got pulled over by 3 constables and right when they were about to slap the cuffs on us (speeding well over 100) they got a call for a murder near by and just drove off leaving us there. it was awesome. (it was also the first time ive actually pulled over for a cop! Usually i slam it and get out of there.)
